Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 11.2 глави 11 Договору про надання послуг з технічного обслуговування та ремонту автомобілів від 23.05.2022 №29, Сторони за взаємною згодою домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 30.04.2023 (строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку 2023 року) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни Договору. Ціна договору буде змінена окремою додатковою угодою після затвердження видатків Замовника.

Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пунктом 12.3 глави 12 Договору від 23.05.2022 № 29 та пунктом 2 Додаткової угоди № 1 до Договору, Сторони за взаємною згодою домовились збільшити ціну Договору на 72328,03грн у тому числі ПДВ 12054,67грн (що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому роц).
