2. Зміни до пункту 4.1. Договору № 0617 від 21.01.2019 замінивши ціну за одиницю наданих послуг з “5,64 грн. за 1 м3 без ПДВ ” на “5,92 грн. за 1 м3 без ПДВ”.
3. Пункт 4.2. Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0617 від 21.01.2019 викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна ціна Договору становить 16 291,40 грн. (шістнадцять тисяч двісті дев’яносто одна грн.) 96 коп. з врахуванням ПДВ. (4683,46 до 01.06.2019 + 11 607,94 після 01.06.2019).
