Note:
Зміна умов договору № 35/16 від 01.02.2019 р.
У зв'язку із зміною банківських реквізитів Постачальника, розділ №14 "Реквізити Сторін договору" викладені у наступній редакції.
Внести зміни в п.5.9 Договору, виклавши його в іншій редакції (читати додаткову угоду). У звязку з відсутністю можливості відмітити дійсну причину для внесення змін до Договору та за відсутності причин внесення змін у відповідності до 36 ст. Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" вибрали останній пункт для технічної можливості опублікувати додаткову угоду.
