Керуючись пунктами 12.3, 12.4 Договору, пунктом два частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" в редакції від 17.03.2020 року № 540-ІХ) збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (на залишок товару , який необхідно ще поставити) на 10 відсотків, відповідно зменшивши кількість товару без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, у зв'язку із коливанням ціни товару на ринку, а саме на електричну енергію (код згідно ДК021:2015 09310000-5 Електрична енергія).

Керуючись пунктами 12.3, 12.4 Договору від 17.03.2020 № 11/2020,відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції від 17.03.2020 за № 540-ІХ) укласти Додаткову угоду до даного Договору, відповідно якої збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (а саме ціну на залишок товарів, які необхідно ще поставити) на 10 відсотків зменшивши кількість товару без збільшення загальної вартості Договору від 17.03.2020 № 11/2020

Керуючись пунктами 12.2 Договору, частиною п'ятою статті 36 Закону України "про публічні закупівлі" в редакції від 17.03.2020, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в Договорі. Термін дії продовжити до 31.03.2021.
