Сторони домовились викласти пункт 11.1. договору № 0646 купівлі-продажу теплової енергії від 30 січня 2024 року в наступній редакції:
11.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати підписання Сторонами, та відповідно до ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між Сторонами до моменту підписання договору, а саме з 01 січня 2024 року та діє до 31 грудня 2024 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків за даним договором – до їх повного здійснення.
