Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 6 добавити в наступній редакції: Суму річної плати за послуги згідно з нормативами споживання збільшити на 375,05 грн. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами. Ця додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 20 від 31.01.2023 року і набирає чинності з 31.01.2023 року, та згідно ст. 631 ЦКУ розповсюджується на правовідносини, що виникли з 31.01.2023 р. і діє до 31.12.2023 року.Сума Договору у 2023 році становить 2771,95 гривень. Дана угода складена в двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу і зберігаються один у Виконавця, а другий у Споживача.
