Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VІII, Господарським кодексом України Замовник і Виконавець прийшли до згоди внести зміни до договору від 20.04.2021 №21-0095/31-21, а саме: дія договору продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного рокув обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
