1. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 26331,66 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 4388,61 грн. і викласти пункт 3.1 цього Договору в наступній редакції: "3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 371243,59 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 61873,93 грн. (триста сімдесят одна тисяча двісті сорок три грн. 59 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ шістдесят одна тисяча вісімсот сімдесят три грн. 93 коп.) і є орієнтовною." 2. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої права, відповідальність та зобов'язання. 3. Дана Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами і є невід'ємною частиною Договору №29 від 21.02.2017. 4. З моменту укладання даної Додаткової угоди Договір №29 від 21.02.2017 втрачає чинність.
