Відповідно частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель» дія договору про закупівлю додатковою угодою № 2 була продовжена я на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Данною додатковю угодою визначений прогнозний обсяг споживання електричної енергії ( до 23200 кВт го) та його в грошовому еквіваленті складає 58992,00 грн (п’ятдесят вісім тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто дві 00 коп. ) в тому числі ПДВ 9832,00 грн».
