1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 5 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 365 352,99 грн (триста шістдесят п’ять тис. триста п’ятдесят дві грн. 99 коп.) без ПДВ. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 73059,50 згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
