Note:
1. Керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
Викласти пункт 4.1 договору від ___________№ _____ у наступній редакції:
4.1. Постачальник поставляє Товар згідно заявки Замовника. Передача Товару здійснюється за адресою Замовника. Строк поставки – до 25 грудня 2021 року.
2. Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
«Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно змінити ціну договору в бік зменшення та викласти п 2.1 Договору в наступній редакції: 2.1. Ціна цього Договору визначена Сторонами згідно із специфікацією товару (Додаток 1 до Договору) і на дату підписання Сторонами цього Договору становить: 31 630,00,00грн без ПДВ (тридцять одна тисяча шістсот тридцять грн 00 коп.) та Специфікацію
