В зв"язку із затримкою фінансування витрати Покупця,зобов"язання Покупця в частині повного розрахунку за поставлений товар не були виконанні,тому керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р. № 922 VIII "Про публічні закупівлі" , сторони вирішили продовжити термін дії договору до повного виконання зобов"язань (оплати заборгованості) та відповідно вирішили внести зміни до п. 10.1 Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції: "п.10.1 Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін і діє до 31.12.2018 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов"язань за договором.
