Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", в редакції чинній на момент укладання Договору, Постановою НКРЕКП від 04.11.20 р. № 1998 та у зв'язку із коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку Сторони домовились змінити ціну за 1 кВт/год електроенергії з 01.12.2020 р. та встановити її усумі 2 грн 29,1349 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ 20%, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
