Керуючись пп. 1 та 2 п.3.5 Договору та у зв’язку з продовженням терміну дії воєнного стану, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 26.07.2023 року №451/2023 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», керуючись пп. 4 п.3.5 Договору, обсяг електричної енергії зменшено до 444178 кВт*год, тариф у серпні визначено в розмірі 7,043724 грн/кВт*год. Вартість електричної енергії за договором становить 2 971 126,34 грн, у т.ч. ПДВ (20%). Строк поставки електричної енергії продовжено до 31.08.2023р., строк дії договору - до 31.08.2023р.
