Змінити ціну за одиницю товару сторони мають право як в сторону зменшення, так і в сторону збільшення. При цьому зазначена зміна ціни не може бути більшою, ніж на 10 % від попередньої ціни. У цьому разі в першій додатковій угоді зміна ціни в межах 10 % має відраховуватися від ціни, яка зазначена в первинному договорі, а в наступних додаткових угодах — від ціни товару з урахуванням змін, попередньо внесених до такої ціни товару додатковими угодами.
