У зв'язку з переходом Постачальника на спрощену систему оподаткування та призупинення його реєстрації платником податку на додану вартість, сторони домовились,що ціна на вугілля у 2023 році вказується без ПДВ.. Пункт 1,3 Договору викласти в такій редакції : "1.3 Кількість: 225,03 т. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції: "3.1 Загальна сума цього Договору визначена Сторонами згідно із Специфікацією (Додаток №1 до Договору) становить 2102400грн.00коп., а саме:1752000,00грн, в т.ч ПДВ 292000грн.00коп. та 350400грн. без ПДВ
