Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 3.4. та 11.5 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – ДК 021:2015- 15220000-6 - Риба, рибне філе та інше м’ясо риби морожені ( хек, минтай), не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, та твнести відповідні зміни в Договір та Спеціфікацію
