Договору.

Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону, у зв’язку з продовженням строку дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити загальну суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році та внести зміни в пункт 4.1. Договору.
