Підвищення ціни за одиницю товару, відповідно до п.5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі". З 05 год.30 хвилин 24.02.2022р. в Україні було введено військовий стан у зв'язку із військовою агресією рф проти України, ТПП листом №2024/02.0-7.1 від 28.02.2022 р. підтверджує, що зазначені обставини з 24.02.2022р. до їх офіційного закінчення є надзвичайними, невідворотніми і класифікуються як форс-мажорні обставини (обставини непереборної сили). Тому ТОВ "Укрпетролцентр" засвідчує, що не в змозі надати офіційні документи з ТПП щодо збільшення ціни на дизельне паливо, але надає інформацію з сайту яким користується ТПП при розрахунку середньої ціни.

У зв'язку із військовою агресією рф проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану в Україні із 05 годин 30 хвилин 24.02.2022 року та засвідченням ТТП України зазначених обставин з 24.02.2022 року до їх офіційного закінчення надзвичайними, невідворотними та об'єктивними обставинами для суб'єктів господарської діяльності та/або фізичних осіб по договору, окремим податковим та/чи іншим зобов'язанням/обов'язком, виконання яких/-го настало згідно з умовами договору, контракту, угоди, законодавчих чи інших нормативних актів і виконання відповідно яких/-го стало неможливим у встановлений термін внаслідок настання таких форс-мажорних обставин (обставин непереборної сили). У зв'язку з вищенаведеною інформацією ціна за 1 літтр дизельного палива, згідно інднеса Мінфіна виросла на 17.36% та у зв'язку із цим рост ціни на дизельне паливо більш ніж на 10%, що не дає можливість виконати умови Договору про закупівлю та поставити талони.

Та задля приведення у відповідність ЗУ №2120 від 17.03.2022 року внести зміни у специфікацію Додаткової угоди №3 від 31.05.2022 року
