Згідно розділу 7 "Строк договору" п.7.1."Договір вважається продовженим на кожен наступний рік, якщо за місяць до закінчення терміну дії Договору жодною із Сторін не було заявлено про припинення його дії або перегляд його умов.
Сторони дійшли згоди встановити суму коштів, яку необхідно сплатити за послуги із забезпечення перетікання реактивної електричної енергії у 2022 році у розмірі 300 грн. 00 коп. у т.ч. ПДВ 50 грн.00коп.
Сторони встановили, що відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України умови пункту 1 Додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до укладання додаткової угоди, тобто з 01.01.2022 та діють до 31.12.2022.
