Внести зміни в п. 3.1 Договору «3.1. Ціна даного Договору становить 1 037 099,86 грн (один мільйон тридцять сім тисяч дев’яносто дев’ять грн.86 коп.) без ПДВ.
Субвенція обласного бюджету – 64,00 грн без ПДВ.
Кошти місцевого бюджету – 1037035,86 грн без ПДВ.»
Ціну Договору зменшено на 0,14 грн
Внести зміни в п. 4.7 Договору -«4.7.Джерелом фінансування є субвенція з обласного бюджету та кошти місцевого бюджету».
Продовжити строк виконання зобов'язань щодо передання Товару на підставі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме у зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат замовника та внести зміни в п. 5.1 Договору та п.4.2 Додатку 2 до Договору виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк поставки Товару: з дати підписання договору до 28 грудня 2018 року»
Всі інші пункти Договору, не порушені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними
