Сторони, керуючись п.8 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі №64 від 23.04.2020 року. Сторони домовились пункт 2.2 договору доповнити наступним абзацом: збільшити загальну суму Товару за цим договором на 4880,00 грн. (Чотири тисячі вісімсот вісімдесят гривень 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
