Збільшення ціни Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків остаточної (кінцевої) вартості укладеного Договору про закупівлю з урахуванням змін внесених до нього,у зв’язку із продовженням дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року.
У зв’язку зі зміною тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 року № 1788 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО»», яка є складовою ціни за Договором.
