Відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".У зв’язку з укладенням угоди за результатами торгів, Сторони домовились зменшити суму пролонгованої додаткової угоди №4 від 20.01.2020р.до Договору №1/19 від 27 лютого 2019р. на 54693,75 грн.(П’ятдесят чотири тисячі шістсот дев’яносто три грн.75 коп.),відповідно зменшивши обсяг закупівлі. Сума додаткової угоди №4 від 20.01.2020р. до Договору №1/19 від 27.02.2019р. на дату підписання додаткової угоди становить – 140513,25 грн.(сто сорок тисяч п’ятсот тринадцять грн.25коп.)
