1. Відмінити додаткову угоду 2. Установлено тариф на теплову енергію для потреб бюджетних установ на рівні 2832,350 грн. за одну Гкал. Тариф на теплову енергію з 13.10.2018 становить 3398,820 грн за одну Гкал разом з ПДВ. 3. Збільшити суму договору на 61354,22 грн. на підставі: обсяг теплової енергії по договору - 170,0000 Гкал з яких 77,9380 Гкал. Спожито по тарифу 2569,712 грн. за одну Гкал. 27,7914 Гкал спожито по тарифу 2859,980 грн. за одну Гкал залишок 64,2706 Гкал належить сплачувати по тарифу 3398,820 грн. за Гкал.
