Note:
1. Враховуючи зміни в нормативно-правових документах, які регламентують роботу газотранспортної системи України, на підставі п.7 ч.4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами) (далі - Закон), сторони домовились викласти в наступній редакції п. 4.1 та п.4.2 Розділу IV Договору:
«4.1.Ціна за 1000 куб. м. газу з урахуванням вартості послуг замовлення (бронювання) потужності становить 8397,19 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 1679,44 грн., разом з ПДВ 10 076,63 грн. (десять тисяч сімдесят шість грн. 63 коп.)
4.2.Загальна вартість становить 1 004555,90 грн. крім того ПДВ 2 00911,18 грн. разом з ПДВ -1 205467,08 грн.(один мільйон двісті п'ять тисяч чотириста шістдесят сім)».
2. Враховуючи зміну ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків відповідно до умов Договору Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.2.1 Розділу I Договору:
«2.1. Постачальник передає Споживачу з 11.02.2019 р. по 31.12.2019 р. (включно) газ за обсягом до 120,492 тис. куб. м (сто двадцять тис. чотириста дев’носто дві куб. м).
