На підставі п.20 ч.4.ст.36 Закону України"Про публічні закупівлі",враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції,Сторони вирішили внести зміни у пункт 3.2. Договору,а саме:Ціна природного газу за 1 тис.м.куб.визначається відповідно до діючих цін Постачальника,з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуг доступу до потужності,податків та зборів передбачених чинним законодавством України.Ціна природного газу за 1 тис.м.куб.у січні 2020року становить 8548грн.99 коп.Сума договору залишається без змін.Постачальник здійснює протягом 2020 року постачання природногогазу в обсязі 9523тис.м.куб
