У зв'язку із зростанням середніх споживчих цін на масло вершкове за період квітень-червень 2021 року, що підтверджується довідками головного управління статистики у Донецькій області № 01-03/1770-21 від 18.05.2021 р. та № 01-03/2584-21 від 15.07.2021р. Сторони домовились збільшити ціну на товари пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку не більш ніж на 10%, не змінюючи загальну суму договору. Внести зміни у Специфікацію до Договору і викласти в редакції, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди.
