У зв'язку з виявленням технічної помилки при обрахунку фактичних обсягів залишку товару, а саме Молоко коров’яче сире (Класифікація за ДК 021:2015: 03330000-3 - Продукція фермерського тваринництва, деталізований код: 03333000-4 Коров’яче молоко сире), Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди визнати Додаткову угоду №2 від 05 жовтня 2026 року такою, що втратила чинність з моменту її підписання, та не брати її до уваги при здійсненні розрахунків та виконанні умов Договору. Сторони погодили, що обсяги закупівлі товару та загальна сума Договору №6 від 13 січня 2026 року відновлюються у редакції, що діяла до підписання Додаткової угоди № 2 від 05 жовтня 2026 року.
