1. Згідно з п.10.3 договору сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії
договору до 31.03.2020 на суму 99678,00 грн. (дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч шістсот сімдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі 16613,00 грн. ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми 499278,00 грн., з ПДВ, визначеної у договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку у відповідності до вимог ч.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
2. У відповідності до пункту 5 ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні
закупівлі» зменшити вартість 1л дизельного пального на 1,87 грн., з ПДВ,
встановивши її у розмірі 26,94 грн., у тому числі 4,49 грн. ПДВ, за 1 л.
14. Сума договору після внесення змін. 99678,00 грн.
15. Кількість товару або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін. 3700 л.
