У відповідності до пункуту 5 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" п. 3.1. розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції:
"Ціна договору на період з "01" січня 2019 р. по "31" грудня 2019 р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 817 396,27 грн. (вісімсот сімнадцять тисяч триста дев`яносто шість грн. 27 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 136 232.71 грн., у т.ч.:
- за рахунок бюджетних коштів - 801 800,00 грн.
- за рахунок відшкодування орендарями - 15 596,27 грн."
Додаткову угоду №5 від 27.09.2019 р. вважати нечинною.
Кількість товару після внесення змін до договору становить 299814 кВт*год.

1. Зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно суму договору на 87976,21 грн.
