Note:
1. Зменшити суму договору № 1862 від 17.01.2022 р. на 31 900,00 грн (тридцять одна тисяча дев’ятсот гривень 00 копійок),у зв’язку зі зменшенням потреби у водопостачанні та водовідведенні в період військового часу та зменшенням бюджетних асигнувань .
Внести зміни в п.3.2.5 Договору № 1862 від 17.01.2022 р. та вікласти його в наступній редакції :
«Загальна сума договору 37 368,46 грн (тридцять сім тисяч триста шістесят вісім гривень 46 копійок) у т .ч ПДВ 6228,08 грн , а саме по ДК 65110000-7- 27 408,12 грн, яка складається із послуги водопостачання 27 199,80 грн та абонплати 208,32 грн ;
по ДК 90430000-0 – 9960,34 грн, яка складається із послуги водовідведення 9853,30 грн та абонплати 107,04 грн.
2. Внести зміни в п.1.6.Договору №1862 від 17.01.2022 р. та викласти в наступній редакції:
«Кількість об’ємів водопостачання та водовідведення згідно ліміту на 2022 рік складає 690,00 м3
