Сторони домовилися на підставі п.5 ч.3 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) (покращення якості предмета закупівлі) за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, замінити Багатофункціональний пристрій (принтер-копір-сканер) Epson L3100 на аналогічний виріб, який має кращі характеристики, без збільшення суми договору, в кількості 4 шт., а саме: Багатофункціональний пристрій (принтер-копір-сканер) Epson L4150 та внести зміни до специфікації до договору №172 від 03 серпня 2021 року і викласти її у редакції відповідно до Додатку 1 (додаткової угоди).
