Згідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" із змінами і доповненнями від 25 грудня 2015 року "992-VIII дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

Note:
1) Внесено зміни в п.1.2 Договору та викладено його в новій редакції: "1.2. Найменування та кількість товару: Ковбаса варена вищого гатунку - 1920 кг.
2) Збільшено суму договору на 28800,00 грн. без ПДВ, на суму, що не перевищує 20% Договору, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2020 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі.
3) Внесено зміни в п.1.1 Договору та викладено Специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору про закупівлю товару) в новій редакції.
4) Внесено зміни в Додаток №2 Договору "Місце поставки товару" та виключено пункт 1: Кровненська ЗОШ I-III ступенів.
5) Продовжено термін дії договору до 28.02.2020р.
