Note:
Сторони, уклали Додаткову угоду про таке:
1. Відповідно до п. 3.2. Договору про закупівлю теплової енергії та послуги з централізованого постачання гарячої води від 25.08.2021 № 351-Т Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 3.1. та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 176948,78 грн. (Сто сімдесят шість тисяч дев’ятсот сорок вісім грн.. 78 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ – 29491,46 грн.
- у т.ч. постачання теплової енергії – 109,65 Гкал на суму 176948,78 грн. (Сто сімдесят шість тисяч дев’ятсот сорок вісім грн.. 78 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ – 29491,46 грн.».
2. Дана Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках по одній для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
3. Додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання її Сторонами.
4. У всьому іншому, що не передбачено Додатковою угодою №1, діють умови Договору.
