Постачальник зобов'язується поставити та передати у власність Замовника кефір, ряжанка, йогурт питний (ДК021-2015 (CPV) – 15550000-8 молочні продукти різні (далі – товар), визначений в асортименті, якості, кількості та за цінами, які зазначені у специфікації (Додаток 1) до Договору, що є його невід’ємною частиною, а Замовник зобов’язується прийняти товар та сплатити його вартість: - кефір 1% - 26,94 грн. за 1 кг; - ряжанка 2,5% - 32,99 грн. за 1 кг; - йогурт питний – 31,62 грн. за 1 кг». 2. Загальна ціна договору залишається незмінною та становить 48 655,00 грн. (Сорок вісім тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
