"Про затвердження Змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП" внести зміни в п.2.4, 6.2.3.

Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" № 922-УІІ від 25.12.2015 року, враховуючи пролонгації Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, в зв'язку з чим викласти п.3.2 Розділу 3 "Ціна газу" Договору в наступній редакції: з 01.01.2021 р по 31.12.2021 р. включно з ПДВ - 8496,00 грн., тобто, Постачальник зобов'язується поставити на користь Споживача 5761,4 тис. м. куб. природного газу на суму 48949,05 грн.
