1. Сума договору збільшується на 3050 грн. 82 коп. (три тисячі п'ятдесят грн. 82 коп.), в зв'язку із недостатньою кількістю коштів. 2. Сума Договору становить 5962 грн. 06 коп. (п'ять тисяч дев'ятсот шістдесят дві грн. 06 коп.). Інші умови договору залишаються без змін. Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному примірнику для кожної зі сторін.
