Відповідно до п.2 ст.12 Закону України «Про ринок природного газу» про встановлення вільної ціни між постачальником та споживачем та Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №3013 від 24.12.2019 року «Про встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ» на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на регуляторний період 2020 – 2024 роки», Сторони дійшли згоди з 29.10.2021 року викласти пункт 3.2 Договору у наступній редакції.
«3.2. Ціна газу з урахуванням вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 23,775756 грн. за 1 куб. м, крім того ПДВ 4,755151 грн., всього з ПДВ – 28,530907 грн.»
