Note:
У зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю Покупця, керуючись пунктами 11.2, 11.3 Договору та відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору.
При цьому сума зобов’язань на 2020 рік та сума товару, що підлягає поставці у 2020 році становить 133 841,40 грн з ПДВ. Кількість товару, що підлягає поставці у 2020 році становить 5 794 літрів.
Сума Договору після внесення змін - 803 135,15 грн з ПДВ.
Кількість товару після внесення змін - 34 863 літри.
На виконання вимог постанови Національного банку України від 28.12.2018 №162 "Про запровадження міжнародного номера банківського рахунку (IBAN) в Україні Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни в розділ 13 Договору в частині банківських реквізитів Сторін.
