«4.1. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів «ЗАМОВНИКА» на банківський рахунок «ВИКОНАВЦЯ» за фактично надані послуги на підставі акту наданих послуг за рахунків позабюджетних коштів.»

При оформленні звіту про виконання договору, інформація не зберігається, якщо сума виконання договору не співпадає з сумою договору. Звісно сума не співпадає, оскільки зазначена лише сума договору за 2019 рік, а сума виконання включає в себе і 2020 рік - 20% від суми договору за 2019 рік. Коли публікується додаткова угода (20%), технічно відсутня можливість змінити суму договору. Уся інформація відображається у прикріпленних файлах (договір, додаткові угоди). Тому для публікації звіту про виконання договору доводиться зрівнювати суми шляхом оприлюднення змін до договору, обираючи причину зміна сторонніх показників, щоб з’явилося поле в якому можна змінити суму договору.
