Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"(зі змінами), п.5.3 умов Договору та на підставі Постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020р. № 1329 Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за 1кВт*год на 0,101796 грн. з ПДВ з 01.08.2020р., що становитиме- 2,07 грн. за кВт*год. Кількість електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 317935,2кВт. Ціна за 1кВт/год електричної енергії за цим договором становить: 2,07грн. з ПДВ за кВт*год. Загальна вартість Договору становить:623278,00грн.(шістсот двадцять три тисячі двісті сімдесят вісім грн., 00коп), в т.ч. ПДВ: 103879,67грн.(сто три тисячі вісімсот сімдесят дев'ятьгрн., 67коп.)

"5.2.Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 579167.44грн з ПДВ, в т.ч. ПДВ 96527.91грн"
