Внести зміни в пункт 3.1. розділу 3 «Ціна договору» та викласти у наступній редакції: Ціна за 1 Гкал теплової енергії відповідає тарифам, що діють згідно рішення виконавчого комітету Олексієво-Дружківської селищної ради від 10.01.2018 р. №3 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з теплопостачання Приватного підприємства «Укртеплоснаб» для НВК №14 Дружківської міської ради» та складають 1 850 грн за 1 Гкал.
У разі зміни регульованої ціни (тарифу) і нормативів, що застосовуються в договорі, оплата відбувається за діючими на день оплати цінами(тарифами) та здійснення такої оплати не буде вважатися зміною істотних умов договору, у разі, якщо сума визначена у договорі не змінюється.
