У зв’язку з тим, що виробник ПрАТ "Фармацевтична фірма "Дарниця", Україна зняв з виробництва препарат ЦИТІМАКС-ДАРНИЦЯ Розчин для ін`єкцій, 250 мг/мл, по 2 мл (500 мг)в ампулі, по 2 контурні чарункові упаковки в пачці, який є предметом Договору №119 про закупівлю за державні кошти, згідно пункту 3 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» здійснено заміну з метою покращення якості на еквівалент з однаковою діючою речовиною.У зв’язку з тим, що виробник ПАТ НВЦ "Борщагівський хіміко-фарм. завод", м. Київ, Україна зняв з виробництва препарат ТЕТУРАМ. Таблетки по 0,15 г № 10 (10х1) у блістері, який є предметом Договору №119 про закупівлю за державні кошти, здійснено заміну на еквівалент з однаковими діючою речовиною та дозуванням.Керуючись п.1 та 3 частини 4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 3.4.Договору №119, у зв*язку із зміною препаратів на аналогічні за МНН,зменшується сума Договору на 484.04 грн.
