В зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, зменшити ціну договору на 162 498,58 грн.
Внести зміни до пункту 3.1. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 248 461,54 грн. (двісті сорок вісім тисяч чотириста шістдесят одна гривня 54 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 2 454,47 грн.»

Розірвати Додаткову угоду № 2 від 28.12.2020 року з 29 грудня 2020 року.
Керуючись пунктом 1) частини 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони прийшли до згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі.
Зменшити ціну Договору на 162 498,58 грн.
Внести зміни до пункту 3.1. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції:
