1. Пункт 3.1. договору № 2 викласти у новій редакції : «Загальна сума договору складає 45617,68 грн.(сорок п’ять тисяч шістсот сімнадцять грн., 68 коп.) в т.ч. зменшення по даній додатковій угоді на 282,32 грн. (двісті вісімдесят дві грн., 32 коп.). Інші умови вищевказаного договору лишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
2. Ця угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами і діє до 31.12.21р., а в частині взаєморозрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язання .
3. Угода є невід’ємною частиною договору № 2 від 26.01.2021 р.
4. Цю угоду складено у двох примирниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу - по одному для кожної із сторін
