2. Викласти п. 1.1 розділу I «Предмет договору» в наступній редакції:
1.1 «Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність Споживачу Природний газ код згідно ДК 021:2015 - 09120000-6 Газове паливо (природний газ), а Споживач зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором.
3. Викласти п. 11.1 розділу XI «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» в наступній редакції:
11.1 «Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками Сторін, діє в частині постачання газу по 31 грудня 2018 року, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами взаємних розрахунків за даним Договором»;

1. Пункт 1.2 та 1.3 розділу 1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
1.2 Плановий обсяг постачання газу - 52,060 тис. куб. м.
Загальна сума договору на постачання природного газу складає 650 750,00 грн. (шістсот п`ятдесят тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 3.2. розділу 3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
3.2. Ціна газу становить 10416,67 грн. за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ 2083,33 грн., всього з ПДВ 12500,00 грн.

Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі підпункту 11.3. Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди:
продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.
Даною Додатковою угодою сума Договору збільшується на 129607,00 грн. (сто двадцять дев`ять тисяч шістсот сім грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 21601,17 грн. (двадцять одна тисяча шістсот одна грн. 17 копійок).
