У зв’язку з коливанням цін на природний газ та на виконання пп. 2. п. 4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі », а саме: зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в п.3.1 Договору, а саме: 1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору: 1.1. Пункт 3.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: Ціна природного газу з 01 червня 2018 року становить 9608,60 грн. за 1000 куб. м, крім того ПДВ – 1921,72 грн., всього з ПДВ – 11530,32 грн. (одинадцять тисяч триста сімдесят дев’ять грн. 52 коп.), у тому числі тариф на транспортування природного газу магістральними газопроводами.
