Згідно ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", продовжити строк дії Договору №05/04/2021 від 05.04.2021 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в 2021 році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено у встановленому порядку. Сторони дійшли згоди відповідно ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", та п.10.7. Договору продовжити строк дії Договору до 31 березня 2022 року.
