Внаслідок цього викласти специфікацію до даного Договору в новій редакції, що прикладається.

1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 50 від 26.02.2019 року, а саме до пункту 3.1 розділу Ціна Договору та зменшити суму Договору на 110 675 грн.09 коп. (Сто десять тисяч шістсот сімдесят п'ять гривень 09 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 18 445 грн. 84 коп. 2. Внаслідок цього викласти п.3.1 даного Договору, а саме: Вартість цього Договору становить 54 885 гривень 61 коп.. (П'ятдесят чотири тисячі вісімсот три гривень 61 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 9 147 грн. 60 коп. 3.Викласти специфікацію до даного Договору в новій редакції.
